Your selections within 'Create Your Own Cover' will appear on your insurance schedule as appropriate, but are always subject to the appropriate additional premium having been paid.

For policies incepted before 13th February 2012:

For policies incepted on or after 13th February 2012 and before 2nd January 2013:
