Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

As a thank you for purchasing a studentGuard, cycleGuard or musicGuard policy, we will enter you into our guardCover competition for a chance to win one of three £100 Amazon vouchers.

The competition terms and conditions are as follows:

1. By purchasing a policy, you agree that only the brand you bought your policy from (studentGuard, cycleGuard or musicGuard), trading styles of Thistle Insurance Services Limited, may contact you about your student, cycle or music contents policy and about your entry into the free prize draw.
2. Individuals who purchase a policy with studentGuard, cycleGuard or musicGuard between 24^th August 2026 and 15^th October 2026 will be automatically entered into the free prize draw.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Entry into the prize draw is only available to people aged 18 and over and who are residing in the UK.
5. Entrants are not permitted to enter on someone else’s behalf.
6. Entry must be in line with the competition rules.
7. No responsibility will be taken for lost/delayed entries.
8. Entrants will each be assigned a unique number, with three numbers being drawn at random to decide the winners.
9. The winners will be chosen by 31^st October 2026.
10. Within 3 days of the winners being chosen, each of the three winners will be contacted once using the contact details provided, either by email or by phone.
11. Prize must be claimed within 14 days of being notified. If there is no response within 14 days of the winners being notified, another winner/s will be chosen at random.
12. The prizes are three £100 worth of digital Amazon gift vouchers.
13. The prizes, which are Amazon gift vouchers, are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
14. We retain the right to substitute the prize for one of similar value.
15. You will have accepted these T&C’s before entering into this prize draw.
16. The prize draw is governed by English Law.
17. 18. The prize draw is not open to employees of Thistle Insurance Services Limited or any other part of PIB Group Limited, their families, relatives, or anyone else associated with this draw.
19. By providing your contact details you consent to be contacted by us and Howdens (in line with our Privacy Notice and Howden's Privacy Notice)
20. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. We will use this data to notify you if you have a won prize and to communicate with you about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from any of our communications by clicking the relevant link in the emails and can withdraw consent or request the removal of your data from our systems by contacting dpo@pib-insurance.com.
