Renewing your music insurance policy

Cycle insurance renewal with cycleGuard is really easy. Three weeks before your renewal date, we'll send you your renewal details which will include:

  • Your renewal premium for the next 12 months.
  • A link to your online account showing your policy schedule where you can check the details of your cover.
  • Access to your policy documentation, including: any policy wordings, notice of change, terms of business and your insurance product information document.
  • A link to your online account which will show you any important changes that have been made to your cover, if any have been made at all.

It's important that you review your documents, so please read through them carefully to make sure everything is correct and pay attention to any limitations and exclusions. Please inform us if there are any issues with your cover.

How do I renew my cycle insurance policy?

If you have previously given us permission to do so, we will automatically renew your policy using the method formerly chosen. Many people find this the easiest way of renewing their insurance.

If your details are all the same and you're happy with that, then you don't need to do anything else.

If you paid by either credit or debit card, then we'll debit your card with the full renewal premium amount on your renewal date. If you are paying by Direct Debit, then we will continue to collect your payment each month.

If you haven't given us permission to take payment, or if you have previously opted out of our ‘Automatic Renewal’ option then we will write to you three weeks before your renewal including details of your premium for the upcoming year and your payment options. You can get in touch with us by calling: 0333 004 3444. Unless you get in contact with us, your cover will end on the renewal date, and you will no longer be insured.

How do I stop my policy from automatically renewing?

If you would like to discuss your renewal or make changes, our consultants are happy to speak to you about your policy and your options.

If you've changed your mind and have decided that you do not want to renew your policy with us, then you can either get in touch with us by calling: 0333 004 3444 or you can let us know by completing the following online form.
